A header row plus at least a company column. Also read:
domain, name, title, email,
country, headcount, sector, notes
— and common aliases of each.
Recorded verbatim on every row in this file. Write what was actually true when you collected them — this is the record you would rely on if anyone asks why they were contacted.
Who to look for, and what makes a match good. Saving writes a new version rather than overwriting — every lead records the version it was judged under.
A hard filter at import, not a scoring penalty. Adding an EU country puts this database under GDPR, which is a different regime with its own lawful-basis assessment — so widening this should be a deliberate decision.
Weights are relative, not percentages. Used by the Phase 1 scorer; harmless until then.
Permanent and unconditional. There is no remove button on purpose — an accidental un-suppression is how a client gets cold-pitched. Removing an entry is a deliberate database operation.
